Beikoku Shorin - Ryu History
Beikoku Shorin - Ryu was founded by Tim Evans and Robert White in September 2004 in order to carry on the tradition of founder Chosin Chibana. It is the goal of this association to provide it's members with the tools to carry on our proud lineage in the spirit of education, personal growth, and tradition.

Kyoshi Tim Evans 7th degree black belt and Renshi Robert White 6th degree black belt in Okinawan Shorin -Ryu Karate have been training together since Oct. 1973. Through the years these two men have gone down many paths in their search for learning and understanding the true interpretations and applications of the Shorin - Ryu method of karate and kobudo. Now Beikoku Shorin - Ryu President, Tim Evans and Vice-President, Robert White hope to share their discoveries with all who are willing to learn.
